In July 2025, RunTong officially finished moving and improving its main insole production factory. This move is a big step forward. It will help us to grow, and also make our production, quality control and service better.
As more and more people around the world wanted our products, our old two-floor factory was not big enough to make the things we needed to make them. The building has four floors and has been made better. This means that people can work more easily, there are more separate areas and the place looks more professional.

The New Factory Layout
The new factory layout helps to manage the production process better and reduces the problems that can happen when different parts of the production line are working at the same time. This means that the insole quality is more consistent.
As part of this upgrade, we've also improved several key production lines with new equipment and made the processes used even better. These improvements help us to be more precise, reduce variation, and better handle customising insole for OEM and ODM.
We are especially proud that 98% of our skilled workers are still with us. Their experience is vital to making sure our clients get the quality they expect. We are in the final phase of calibrating the equipment and adapting the team. Overall production is increasing steadily. We expect to fully get back to our normal level by the end of July 2025.
While we were moving, we made sure that we delivered everything on time. We made sure that all client orders were shipped on time by moving in stages and working together.

With this new factory that is only used for making insoles, RunTong can now handle large orders from other companies as well as high-end projects that are made to order. We welcome partners from around the world to visit us in person or arrange a virtual tour to see our improved capabilities.
